Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using common.ink (“Service”) operated by common.ink (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service Description
common.ink provides:
- Persistent memory for AI workflows
- MCP and HTTP connectivity for AI clients and apps
- Managed runtime infrastructure for deployed apps
- Account and API authentication, including OAuth support
User Accounts
Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us promptly of unauthorized account access
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse that risks platform security or reliability
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal activity
- Upload malware or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Interfere with service operations or availability
- Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
- Infringe intellectual property rights
Content Ownership
- You retain rights to content you create
- You grant us a limited license to store and process content solely to operate the Service
- We do not claim ownership of your content
API and MCP Usage
- Access is subject to quotas and rate limits by plan
- You must not bypass rate limits or abuse API/MCP infrastructure
- We may throttle or revoke abusive clients to protect service health
Billing and Subscriptions
- Free plan includes baseline limits and capacity
- Pro plan includes higher limits and additional capacity
- Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled
- Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact legal@common.ink
Service Availability
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily impact availability
- We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond legal requirements
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the Service in the prior 12 months
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless common.ink from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
